Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist with daily living activities, ensuring patient comfort and dignity.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients and families on health management and wellness.
- Participate in patient care planning and evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- Valid LPN license in the state of Maryland.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
